Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your XPELAB purchase. If you're not, here's how to proceed.

Policy Summary

  • Return Policy: 15-20 days from the date of delivery but the seal should not be broken.
  • Return Shipping Fee:A 10% flat fee is deducted from your refund, unless the item was faulty.
  • Ineligible Items: Final Sale items, used products, or items missing original packaging.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Online

Go to our [Return Portal] (link to be created) and enter your Order Number and Email to start the process and receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

2. Package & Label

Securely pack your item(s) with the original tags and packaging. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print.

3. Drop Off

Drop the package off at any designated carrier location. Once received by our warehouse, we will notify you and begin inspection.


Refunds, Exchanges & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with all original product tags and protective films attached.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. Inspection: Takes 3-5 business days.
  2. Refund Issued:Funds are released to your original payment method.
  3. Funds Clearance:Allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

XPELAB does not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, please return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
